Inspiration Continued

Some inspirational images from which i will use to help inspire the evil spirit character, I like the idea of the spirit floating behind the person and the waist fading into a point where the legs should be as this should communicate that its a spirit very naturally.

Next is to portray that the spirit is evil, i will play with a few different ideas but this seems to be done through horns and/or wings, i also like the idea of long creepy fingers very reminiscent of Death in the 3 brothers video below.

These images are a similar style to how i would like to create my characters playing with where and how the light hit the figure could be hard to keep consistent in a scene but if i keep the animation on the slightly more simple side then i think it could be a really captivating aesthetic.
