Story 1.1

Upon further brainstorming on my current story idea i have decided to make it a little more contemporary.

The posies will now be represented though a modern day surgical mask this will make the message slightly more clear to a modern audience and will give me great contrast on the style of character I plan on creating.

Also now as the man is laying on his death bed this can be in a modern hospital very white and sterile  It will still be lit as to fit the rest of the animation but this will communicate to the watcher he is dying rather than he is just tired which may have been a problem previously, in this scene i can put flashing light and heart monitor in the darkness around the edges of the scene to help convey when the man dies.

Lastly by basing it in a modern city it gives me a stronger way to start incorporating the text into the scene

I also want to change the opening scene to the spirit exiting a mans face, then omitting the scene where the spirit is trying to posses people on the street, This way as the spirit is observing people looking for a target it is clear what it is trying to do, this is primarily because the scene where the spirit is trying to possess people and then gets stopped from the posies/ mask felt clumsy and like it might be funny, Which would detract from the sad nature of the animation.
